Membership dues are billed annually in August. The membership year is from September 1 through August 31.

MHNA ADVERTISING POLICY
The MHNA Board clarified its advertising policy. Listed below are the salient points:
- An MHNA speaker will be allowed to submit one full-page flyer without charge for inclusion in the newsletter within six months of the speaking date.
- An MHNA member will be allowed to submit one full-page flyer without charge for inclusion in the newsletter per MHNA year - September to June
- Members will receive three lines free in the newsletter to advertise their event or service. This is not an ongoing privilege, but will be at the discretion of the editor.
- If more space is needed, a quarter page ad can be purchased for $25 per month.
- If a member requests a flyer to be included and has already used the free opportunity, a charge of $30 per month or $50 for two months will be levied.
- MHNA does not endorse products and will not advertise products for sale.
